Standard procedure of rentals: If interested in an apartment, the
application/s is either emailed or faxed. Once approved then the next
step would be to meet in the office to do leases/paperwork. All of the
transaction's communications must be in writing through either texts or
emails. Everything has to be in writing for liability purposes. The
property managements have different guidelines
for approval/rejection, Precise Realty does not make the guidelines nor
the approvals/rejections for any apartment. Precise
Realty is focused only on being a brokerage, our sole mission is to
