Four Weeks Before Move:

  • Get an itemized list of all moving related costs and review with mover, including packing, loading, special charges, insurance, vehicles (if needed), etc.
  • Contact all current and new location utility companies (gas, water, electric, cable TV, phone & trash collection) to set connect/disconnect dates. Remember to keep current utilities hooked up until move day.
  • Make arrangements for relocation of pets and plants.
  • Move valuables to safe deposit box to prevent loss during move.
  • If you are packing yourself, acquire packing materials/boxes and pack items you won't need for the next month.
  • If professional mover is packing your goods, schedule packing day(s) 1 or 2 days before move.
  • Prepare any mowers, snow blowers, boats, snowmobiles (or other vehicles you won't be using before the move) for the move by servicing and draining gas and oil, to prevent a moving van fire.
  • Repair, send out for re-upholstery, or clean furniture, drapes, carpeting as needed.

Mohamed, one of the agents showed me several properties in the Back bay I ended up buying a nice condo for a lower price, Mohamed negotiated the price down, also the owner Dennis also gave me a small gift card to help me buy furniture as a gift for my business, very nice people.

~ Mauricio Cordova

I worked with Dennis buying a multi family in Brighton, he helped me find a good investment, I fixed property then rented all 3 units now cash roll is very very good, this guy knows his stuff, I highly recommend working with Dennis if you are looking to buy property

~ Ravin Tran

I came to Boston to learn English and study for the next 4 years in Boston. I was very surprised that Dennis was also a Colombian native like myself and he spoke Spanish fluently which was helpful since he helped me find a condo in the Back Bay at a very reasonable price, muchas Gracias Denis parcero.

~ Adolfo Pereira

Dave Kelley helped me find me an apartment in Framingham, he actually took the time to show me about 6 different apartments, also even bought me lunch, he's real chill thanks dave.

~ Shaun B.

Precise Realty, I forget the agent's name but she showed me a ton of rentals, the deposits were even spread over 4 months to make it easier for me to pay instead of the other realties who wanted all the deposits upfront within 7 business days, not everyone has all the money in the world to come up with all of the rental deposits up front, I appreciate Dennis and his agent for giving me 4 months to come up with the deposits, I found this to be helpful for people like me who are very young and starting out :)

~ Carla M.

I bought a commercial building from Mohamed of Precise Realty, Mohamed is a very smart agent and negotiated with the seller to lower the asking price, thank you Mohamed for your services.

~ Ahmed A.

I'm glad I listened to Dennis, he showed me a condo for sale in Brighton 5 years ago in 2009, he convinced me to buy property even thou the majority of my friends advised me against it. I refied my mortgage rate at 3.5% recently from 7%, the rents have jumped at least 30%. I'm very lucky to have listened to Dennis' advice on buying properties while everyone was afraid of it. Now I'm seeing my investment flourish, thanks Dennis!

~ Maxwell H.

I had the pleasure to work with Dennis, we share the same interest, I'm a finance geek and we literally talked about the state of the economy, the fed, the low mortgage rates and the opportunity to buy property. I bought 4 different condos in the Allston/Brighton/Kenmore square area with Dennis, highly recommend, very intelligent and business savvy. Thanks Dennis.

~ Joshua Davenport

I rented an apartment with Dennis, it was a great 4BR on Brook street in Brookline, when I moved in the place was a mess, I called the landlord but he didn't reply, I called Dennis and out of his pocket he sent cleaners to get the place cleaned, I never expected him to do this but it was a good suprise thanks dennis xoxo :)

~ Alexandra J.

To this day I cannot believe I had the nerve to buy a condo in 2009, the media acted as if the world was going to end, I ended up going to see a few rental apartments with Dennis but then he started talking about buying real estate and why it is important to go against whatever the media says, he was right, i got lucky to buy the 4BR condo I'm in now for 95% financing, now I moved out but I rented it out, I refinanced at 3.5% now and I'm making a ton of money on investment, thanks a lot Dennis because of your smart advice I can use this condo as a nest egg for retirement :)

~ Kristal Walsh

Dennis showed me a foreclosed property in Lynn, he then went on a rant about the federal reserve's agenda to inflate real asset prices, luckily I made the decision to believe him, I bought the foreclosure at $100,000 bucks, fixed it all up and now the rent coming in is giving me a 40% yearly return, thanks Mr Lopez.

~ Kent S.

I was referred to Dennis by a friend of a friend, Dennis told me to quit wasting time trying to rent an apt and to buy something asap, i listened to him and bought a nice 2BR condo in Somerville luckily i got into a 100% financing mortgage so nothing came out of my pocket then, it was the best move I could have ever made.
