Months of company operation for rentals: April until September 1st

Months of company operation for Sales:
open for sales 12 months out of the year. Precise Realty only represents sellers. Precise Realty does not offer buyer's agency at this time. Precise Realty only represents sellers (unless dual agency in case of Precise Realty finding a buyer for its own sales listing/s).


Standard procedure of rentals: All applications and leases are done through docusign.com there is no other way to fill out paperwork other than docusign.com.  All of the transaction's communications must be in writing through either texts or emails. Everything has to be in writing for liability purposes. No calls. The property managements have different guidelines for approval/rejection, Precise Realty does not make the guidelines nor the approvals/rejections for any apartment. Precise Realty is focused only on being a brokerage, our sole mission is to connect tenants/buyers to landlords/sellers. Precise Realty is only a brokerage with access to listings from various property managements. Any maintenance/repairs/issues/legal issues with the unit are the property managements' responsibility. Precise Realty is not a property management and is not responsible for solving any repairs/maintenance/legal issues. Best example to describe the relationship between a brokerage and a property management is a travel agency and an airline. You buy tickets at a travel agency (a brokerage), if you get on the flight and a flight attendant accidentally drops coffee on you, its not the travel agency's fault or responsibility to solve the damages caused by the airline (property management).

Walk-ins by appointment only. Precise Realty has access to apartment listings which are independent listings owned by private property managements and small individual landlords in these areas: Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Cleveland Circle, Kenmore, Hynes convention, Symphony Hall.
